Continuing Employment Support Service (CESS) is a free redundancy support that SEEDA and Jobcentre Plus provide for all employers and employees

* It provides a rapid, tailored in-house package of support, helping employees under threat of redundancy whilst they are still in work
* It helps people navigate the jobs market, with the aim of avoiding the need to register as unemployed 
* There is a wide range support that includes  from CV and interview skills workshops  to Financial planning, savings and investment advice from FSA
