Equal Opportunities and Diversity Essentials
The course is designed to help care workers in both residential and domiciliary settings to have a greater awareness of Equal Opportunities and Diversity specifically in a care setting.
Learning Objectives
- Learners to understand the principles of Equal opportunities and Diversity.
- Learners to have an awareness of Key legislation and policies.
- Learners to understand their rights and responsibilities.
- Learners to complete an online assessment to show understanding of the Module.
Course duration
