Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development
The CIPD provides a free factsheet (updated in September 20090) on harassment and bullying including the legal position, employers' responsibilities and how to handle these issues.
ACAS
ACAS provides guidance on harassment and bullying, from the perspective of employees as well as employers. The ACAS helpine number is 08457 47 47 47.
Andrea Adams Trust
The Andrea Adams Trust was set up as a charity dedicated to tacking bullying in the workplcae, unfortunately it is in the process of winding down its charitable status.. The website now directs you to the Andrea Adams Consultancy which can offer training and advice for Employers.
National Bullying Helpline
Is a charitable organisation, that runs a free helpline, 0845 22 55 787, has free resources such as posters you can use (they request a charitable donation where possible) and can refer you to specialist investigators or mediators if appropriate
