NEWS UPDATE (16 June 2010)
Lord Young has been appointed by the government to carry out a thorough review of health and safety law and practice. There is concern over the burden and bureaucracy currently placed on Employers
"I hope my review will reintroduce an element of common sense and focus the regulation where it is most needed," Lord Young said.
