Ongoing training and development for Personal Assistants is critical to their work, and their ongoing development.
This section provides an overview of:
- The Skills for Care Common Induction standards
- An overview of general training available to Personal Assistants and Employers, particularly the FREE E-learning resources on the Log on to Care site
- A section on specialist training, that we are looking to populate over the next few weeks with specific information and resources
- A section on recording training, that gives an overview of the idea of ongoing professional development, and some useful templates to get you started
