Skills for Care have provided funding for further network meetings for Managers in the care sector (both newly appointed and with some experience) to provide an opportunity to share experience and discuss issues.  This is aimed particularly for those working in smaller organisation, where the opportunity to discuss and share issues with colleagues may be limited.
