Training in Reading

 

Welcome to Reading Borough Council’s social care training and development programme for our local private, voluntary and independent (PVI) social care sector.  Our aim is to support workforce development in our area through training and development. 

 

You can access our training programme if you:

  • Hold a contract with Reading Borough Council and are located in Berkshire
  •  And/or are located in Reading

We offer a fully funded training programme that has been developed in consultation with our local providers to ensure that it meets local needs. In addition to the core training programme we can offer bespoke training to meet specific development needs. We can also provide free access to a range of e-learning programmes and resources available for loan.
